About
The mission of the Hilliard Community Foundation is to promote and support the growth and prosperity of the cultural needs of the Hilliard Community.
A group of dedicated community residents began meeting in October 2008 with the goal of constructing the Hilliard Arts & Community Center Building. The Hilliard Community Foundation has formed a joint venture to bring this building to the Hilliard Area.� The building will house four major organizations from our community.

- Franlkin County Agricultural Society
- Hilliard Arts Council
- Northwest Franklin County Historical Society
There will be opportunities within this building for visual arts and performing classes for adults and children. In addition there will be meeting rooms for other community uses.
